Where is the Tulum Airport FBO?
The private terminal is located within Tulum International Airport (Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport), approximately 45 km (28 miles) southwest of Tulum town. Tulum Airport is located quite far from Tulum center, and airport taxis can be expensive. In many cases, flying to or from Playa del Carmen is a faster and more affordable alternative, especially when factoring in lower airfare and transfer costs.
Unlike commercial airline passengers, private flight passengers check in directly at the dedicated General Aviation Terminal (FBO).
What Are The Opening Hours?
The FBO operates during airport operating hours, while Flights Holbox schedules private charter flights during daylight hours, generally between:
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

How Do I Get to the Private Terminal FBO Tulum?
The FBO is separate from the commercial passenger terminal.

Is There an Airport Fee?
Yes. Airport Use Fee (TUA): Passengers departing on domestic private charter flights from Tulum International Airport (TQO) are required to pay an Airport Use Fee (TUA) of around MXN $300 per passenger. This fee is not included in the charter price and is payable before departure.
