Easy Flexible Booking

Unfortunately, due to the high level of cancellations caused by the corona virus, we have had to update our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.

If your plane is delayed or any other things are changing your travel plans, please let us know in advance, so we can cancel or re-shedule your flight. In case you are arriving late, we will always try to shedule your flight new. Please understand that this is only possible if it does not affect the following bookings of other costumers

For pick ups from Cancun airport, please make sure we have your correct arrival time, airline and flight number, so we can track your flight and make sure we will be there for you in time!!! We also need a copie of your passport per e-mail in advance!
