Private flights may operate daily between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, subject to daylight, weather and aircraft availability.
Advance Booking
Submit your booking request at least 24 hours before departure
To secure the preferred flight time, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, or as soon as your travel dates are confirmed.
During the high season, availability is limited and flights can become fully booked.

Can I Cancel My Flight Reservation with Flights Holbox?
Yes. You can cancel your Flights Holbox private flight reservation. If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled travel date, your deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations made 13 days or less before departure are non-refundable.
If you notify us at least 48 hours before departure, a voucher for future travel may be possible, subject to availability and our booking conditions.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Weather-related cancellations and operational issues are handled separately.

Can I Change My Reservation with Flights Holbox?
Yes. In most cases, you can request a change to your Flights Holbox reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your flight date or departure time.
Changes are subject to aircraft and pilot availability, airport operating hours, weather conditions and daylight hours. The more notice you provide, the better the chance we can accommodate your preferred new date or time.
If your private flight connects with a commercial airline flight, please also provide your updated flight information. Availability may be more limited during high season from November through April, particularly around Christmas and New Year.
How Far in Advance Should I Book My Flight to Holbox?
We recommend booking your private flight to Holbox as soon as you know your travel dates. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, but during high season from November to April, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other popular dates may fill even earlier. Booking early gives you the best choice of departure dates and times.
What Happens If My Flight to Cancun Is Delayed?
If your commercial flight to Cancun is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We monitor incoming flights when flight details are provided and will try to move your private flight to a later departure, subject to aircraft availability and daylight hours.
Flights to Holbox operate during daylight hours only, so arrivals after approximately 4:00 PM may be too late for a same-day flight.
If we cannot fly you that day, we may be able to reschedule your flight for the following morning or arrange a private ground transfer to Chiquilá.
We recommend allowing at least 60–90 minutes between your scheduled arrival in Cancun and your private flight. If an airline delay causes you to miss your departure and we cannot reschedule it, your deposit is non-refundable under our cancellation policy.
Will I Get a Refund If I Cancel My Flight to Holbox?
Yes, depending on when you cancel your private flight.
14 days or more before departure: You receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
0–13 days before departure: Your deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not due until the day of travel before departure.
If you notify us at least 48 hours before departure, we may be able to offer a travel voucher instead, subject to availability and booking conditions.
If Flights Holbox is unable to operate your flight due to weather or operational reasons, your deposit will be fully refunded.
