All our flights arrive and depart from the FBO (Fixed Based Operations) terminal in Cancún international airport. FBO is generally used for private aviation. When you arrive at FBO there will be staff there to guide you. See our airports page for more information.

If you're flying into Cancún airport, you'll land at terminal 1, 2 ,3 or 4.

We can help you setting up a taxi between your terminal and the FBO for around 30 USD so that you quickly and straight arrive to FBO. ( around 5min ride) You can not walk between those terminals.

The small Cessna 206 plane can carry 350 kg (about 730 pounds) - this is more or less the weight of 5 people. If you have a lot of luggage, you're probably going to have to reduce the number of passengers. There's limited space for big/hard suitcases in this smaller plane.

Under some circumstances, you'll need to pay an airport tax. If you're flying out of Cancún this is around 10 USD. If you're flying out of Playa del Carmen the fee is around 15 USD. If you're flying into and out of Cancún airport on the same day, you will not have to pay the airport fee.

The federal taxes are not included. We charge a 16% surcharge.

If you're flying from Holbox, we'll usually collect the money at the airport just before your departure. If you're flying out of Cancún the pilot will collect your money before you fly. You can pay cash or card (+5%).

Yes, we ask for a small deposit of to confirm your booking.

You'll need to provide us with:

• All passenger names in full
• Flight number and arrival time for flights from Cancún
• If you're a group of more than 3 people, you'll need to provide us with passenger and luggage weight
• Your mobile number (don't forget to add your country code.)
• Your email address
• What time you wanna book the private plan?
• How do you pay? ( card, cash, Pesos,USD)

Yes! Please contact us 1 day before departure to confirm the flight. If strong wind or rain is forecast we may not be able to fly.

Safety is always our first concern. If weather conditions or a technical problem prevent us from taking off we cannot take responsibility for your onward flights and travel connections. We strongly advise you to have a back up plan in case we are unable to fly.

We can help you to find land transportation if necessary. Private air conditioned vans between Cancún and Chiquilá (the small port where the ferry to Holbox leaves from) take around 2 hours. Ferries and private boats take around 25 minutes to travel from Chiquilá to Holbox. ( ferry costs around 330 Pesos per person and leaves every 30 min)

We don't organise groups but you are very welcome to post a message on our us on Facebook page if you are looking for others to share costs and hire a plane with you. Don't forget that the maximum weight for our smaller plane is 350kg.

We do not offer single tickets. The price is always for the hole air plane rental.

Please note that unfortunately, due to the high level of cancellations caused by the corona virus, we have had to update our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.

If we have to cancel your flight because of weather or technical issues, we'll refund 100% of your money. For cancelation 0-13days before your flight or you don't show up at all - we will keep your deposit.

If you're landing in Cancún airport and taking a taxi to the FBO terminal, we recommend you allow 90 minutes before the departure of your air taxi. This should give you time to collect your bags and get through customs. If you take the free shuttle, it may take longer.

If you're flying from Holbox to Cancún please allow about 45 minutes for your flight plus 15 minutes if you're taking a taxi to your departure terminal or 40 minutes if you're taking the free shuttle bus.
