Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flights Holbox website and the booking of private flight services provided by Flights Holbox.
2. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request via our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from Flights Holbox. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown exclude the Mexican federal departure tax (IVA) unless otherwise stated. The applicable tax rate will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Prices are per group (not per person) unless otherwise specified. Flights Holbox reserves the right to amend prices at any time prior to confirmation of your booking.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Flights Holbox accepts payment by cash, card (USD or MXN) or via PayPal. Full details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment of the remaining balance is typically made directly to a representative on the day of travel.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:
Up to 14 days before departure/travel date
FULL REFUND
0-13 days before departure
NON- REFUNDABLE
Flights Holbox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Flights due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
6. Weather and Safety
All flights operate subject to safe weather conditions. The pilot has absolute authority over the decision to fly and may cancel or delay a flight at any time on safety grounds. No compensation will be payable in such circumstances, though we will endeavour to reschedule or refund where possible.
7. Luggage
Luggage allowances are limited due to the nature of light aircraft. Maximum luggage dimensions and weights will be communicated at the time of booking. Flights Holbox cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during transit.
8. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time. Flights Holbox cannot be held liable for missed flights due to late arrival. Passengers must ensure they hold valid travel documents for any onward journeys.
9. Liability
Flights Holbox’s liability is limited to the cost of the flight service booked. We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connecting flights, accommodation costs, or other travel arrangements.
All flights are operated in compliance with applicable Mexican aviation and transport regulations.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a booking request, you consent to your data being used to process and manage your flight.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
12. Changes to These Terms
Flights Holbox reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
